Julie took on the TA in the summer of 2007 and set about redesigning and modernising it to fit in with the dream of bringing good quality, honest home cooked food to the local area of her childhood.

Having worked in the industry helping other realise their goals it was time for her to stand alone and put her passion for high quality hospitality into action for herself and so the journey began.

In the time since her business has evolved, she has now taken over the running of her own kitchen to ensure her exacting standards continue.

On Julie and the TA’s journey she has been supported by Sarah Robinson who she met whilst they worked together previously. They have a shared vision for the TA.

Sarah now looks after Julie’s front of house requirements.
